Roundtop Road annexation

A Ward 1 resident, she opposed the annexation and rezoning, saying the city and Cheyenne LEADS are quietly assembling industrial parcels behind non-disclosure agreements and that she can't support any annexation until ethics rules are in place.

Asked whether the 34-acre annexation is a 'keyhole' to later pull in the neighboring Cox Ranch; officials said the parcel has no contiguity to it.

Joined late, struggled to find the item, then accused Mayor Collins of deliberately bypassing his microphone and claimed viewpoint discrimination.

Spoke against the annexation citing personal health, anxiety, and strained water and power infrastructure.
