A gaming-industry veteran who lives nearby; reported 25 police dispatches per year at each existing Wyoming Downs location and asked for buffer zones, saying high-volume gambling doesn't belong next to homes and children.

Wyoming Downs representative explained this is a relocation from the plaza, not a new venue; noted neighbor outreach, the retained screening wall, a possible Goodwill overflow parking agreement, and that OTBs actually encourage police calls.

Asked about notice documentation, the enforceable maximum of 124 games, whether promised conditions (screen, parking, security) are enforceable, and how findings address the daycare and homes.

Said there are too many gambling establishments, warned that gambling brings corruption, and asked the city to impose a license-loss penalty for prostitution or fights.
