Kenwood Street parking dispute

A chiropractor of 42 years on South Kenwood, accused Stirrups and its employees of deliberately blocking his patients' parking since June 29, citing video evidence of vehicles blocking access, U-turns, noise, and damage to delineator posts.

Speaking for Stirrups, said the Kenwood access is a sole easement for his lot, denied malicious intent, and said his employees lost their parking when the city restricted use of the nearby public lot.
